Day by Day

  • Fly overnight from USA to Shannon, Ireland.
  • Be greeted at the airport by your Tour Manager and then get straight into it as you travel to Galway via the Cliffs of Moher. Blow all those cobwebs away and beat the jetlag as you take in the spectacular scenery. Check-in to your central hotel in Galway and enjoy a special Welcome Dinner in the evening.
  • Spend the day in Galway or partake in the optional extra day excursion to the rugged Aran Islands, where natives of the islands all speak Gaelic. Explore the prehistoric hill fort of Dun Aengus as well as the Seven Churches. Return to Galway in the early evening. Dinner at night.
  • Travel south to Tralee and Killarney and, while en route, explore a Celtic ring-fort and the unique limestone landscape of the Burren, sacred to the ancient people of Ireland. Dinner and overnight in Killarney.
  • Spend the day touring around the rugged Dingle Peninsula via Slea Head. Visit Gallarus and see the ancient stone huts which were believed to have been constructed between the 7th and 12th century. Return to Killarney for dinner in the evening.
  • Travel north to the energetic city of Dublin. Make the most of an included stop along the way with a visit to Blarney Castle. Arrive in Dublin in the afternoon and once checked in to your hotel enjoy dinner at night.
  • Explore Dublin on a guided sightseeing tour and learn all about the monumental Easter Rising event which was the staged rebellion against the British government in Ireland on Easter Monday 1916. Make visits to the former prison Kilmainham Gaol, which is now an important Dublin museum. Visit St Patrick’s Cathedral and Book of Kells. Stay overnight in Dublin.
  • Traverse the seas as you cross by ferry to Holyhead, Wales. Make a stop-off along the way at Beaumaris Castle before you travel through the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park. Stay overnight and enjoy dinner in Wales.
  • Travel to Oxford via Stratford-Upon- Avon, a medieval market town in England’s West Midlands which is the 16th-century birthplace of William Shakespeare. Enjoy an included entrance to Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Anne Hathaway’s Cottage as well as entrance to a college in Oxford. Overnight in Oxford and dinner.
  • Take a day out to discover and explore Bath. Enjoy your included entrance as you visit the Roman baths as well as the impressive Stonehenge. Dinner and overnight in Oxford.
  • Travel to London and get to know the heart of the UK on a guided sightseeing tour led by an expert local guide. See highlights of the city including Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge, Monument, St Paul’s Cathedral and more. Dinner at night.
  • Watch the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace in the morning as well as making a visit to the Tower of London. Enjoy some free time in the afternoon before regrouping for dinner at night.
  • Make the most of your final day with some structured free time; pick up any last minute souvenirs or spend your time wandering through London’s many museums. Gather back together for a special Farewell Dinner in the evening.
  • Transfer to London airport for your return flight home.

• Standard rate is for travelers in a triple room (one room with three single beds). Travellers can specify who they would like to share a room with when enrolling otherwise they will be matched based on age and gender.
• Rates do not include excess airline luggage fees, nor transport to/from USA airport.
• Rates are based on no/little fluctuation in exchange rate between USD and Euros. Should the USD weaken significantly towards the Euro a correction in tour price would be done accordingly.
• Minimum amount of paying travelers is customizable.
