Starting in Brussels, discover the capital city of Belgium which not only plays host to a bounty of UNESCO sites but also a fabulous food scene. Take a day trip to the beautiful Bruges and wander along the canals while marveling at all of the pretty European charm. Travel to Paris for some of the finest art museums in the world, not to mention one of many bucket-list mentions – the Eiffel Tower. Then it’s onto the golden metropolis that is Madrid. Absorb the history and the culture of the city with entrances to the Royal Palace as well as the Prado Museum before tasting your way through the foodie paradise of Mercado de San Miguel.

On tour you have 3 game days where your team will have a friendly match against the local team of Brussels, Paris and Madrid. The before each game day the team will have practice day.

Flying into Brussels, you’ll spend 3 nights here including taking a day excursion to the beautiful canal-city of Bruges. Then travel by speed train to Paris for 2 nights in the heart of France. Cruise the river Seine and uncover art masterpieces with a visit to either the Louvre Museum or Musée d’Orsay. End the tour on a high note in Madrid as you discover this golden metropolis through it’s art, food and culture.

Day by Day Itinerary

Brussels, Paris and Madrid – Sports Tour

Day 1

Fly overnight from Seattle, USA to Brussels, Belgium.

Day 2

Arrive in Brussels and be greeted at the airport by your Tour Manager. Beat the jetlag with an introduction walk of central Brussels including a visit to Manneken Pis, a traditional Belgium chocolate shop. See the Grand Place and more. Sit down to a delicious Welcome Dinner in the Old Town at night.

Day 3 - PRACTICE

Spend your morning discovering the city on a guided sightseeing tour led by an expert local guide. See the Atomium, Royal Palace, European Parliament and much more. Catch your breath with some free time over lunch, for lunch and why not try out the world-famous “Moules-Frites”, before regrouping practice where you have the court at disposal for your team. Dinner all together at night.

Day 4 - GAME DAY

Take a day excursion to the picturesque Bruges which is known for its cobbled streets, canals and medieval buildings. Acquaint yourself with the town on a Tour Manager sightseeing walk. Enjoy some free time and sit down for a pre game meal at lunch. Transfer to the game and start with warm up before tip-off. Transfer back to Brussels in the evening for dinner at night.

Day 5

Travel to Paris by speed train. Arrive in Paris and start your day with a panoramic guided sightseeing tour. Dinner in the Latin Quarter at night followed by a relaxing Seine River cruise.

Day 6 - GAME DAY

Time to get those cameras ready with your 2nd-floor ticket for the Eiffel Tower, and, with time allowing, those that want to can continue all the way up, up, up, to the top. Continue after lunch to the game venue. Have time for warm-up and regroup before tip-off. After the game you spend the evening in the creative neighborhood of Montmartre where you will have dinner.

Day 7

Time to switch country – next stop, Spain! Fly to Madrid in the morning and hit the ground running with a guided sightseeing tour of the capital led by an expert local guide. Get up close and personal with your entrance and guided tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid which is the official residence of the Spanish royal family. Dinner at night.

Day 8 - GAME DAY

Spend your last full day on tour seeing more of the city on a Tour Manager led walk of central Madrid in the morning. Visit the Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and more. Get prepared for your last game with lunch/pre-game meal before transferring to the venue. After warm-up your last game on tour. Wrap your final night up with a very special paella Farewell Dinner at night.

Day 9

Transfer to Paris airport for your return flights home to Seattle.

Triple Room Rate

Team players will have rooms of 3 with three separate beds per room.

Rooming

Triple Room Rate is for travelers sharing one room with three single beds.
Twin/Double rate is for two travelers sharing one room with either two single beds (Twin) or one double bed (Double).
Travelers can specify who they would like to share a room with when enrolling otherwise they will be matched up into these room formations based on age and gender.

Rate Exclusions

Rates do not include gratuities, excess airline luggage fees, nor transport to/from USA airport.

Exchange Rates

Rates are based on no/little fluctuation in exchange rate between USD and Euros. Should the USD weaken significantly towards the Euro a correction in tour price would be done accordingly.
