Standard Adult Tours

Our Standard Adult Tours are a selection of our most popular customized tours created over the years.  Each tour has been meticulously crafted to deliver an exceptional travel experience, featuring premier destinations, meaningful cultural engagement, and memorable adventures. Unlike our customized tours, these are fully pre-designed, “off-the-shelf” itineraries that are ready for immediate booking.

Most Popular Tours

The list of tours is categorized by country but also include multi-country tours that includes the listed country. To find your tour, search by country, including those that span multiple countries. For example, a tour covering both Italy and Greece will appear under both the “Italy” and “Greece” sections below.

We are continuously adding new tours to this section. If you cannot find what you look for, just send us a request or go to customized tours to have a tour designed for you.

Once you find the tour you would like to set up for your group, the process is fast!

  1. Download the pdf of the tour you wish to have. Please see also the details and requirements at the lower section of this page.
  2. Email the reference or the full pdf to clientservice@lingo-tours.com
  3. In your email, include the following information:
    • Departure airport
    • Departure date
    • Group size

We will then get back to you with a calibrated tour price, and you can have your tour set up, ready for enrollments within 24 hours.

Seasonal Supplements

Each tour is designed for adult groups (also university groups) and have a basic entry tour price per accommodation package. Further there may be a supplement for peak or shoulder season, and a supplement for flights depending on your departure airport. In the list of tours below you have the basic student price listed. Seasonal supplement is added once you have chosen your tour departure date. Typically, peak supplement is applicable for summer and Easter tours. 

Seasonal and airfare supplements are applied in tiers of seasonality, airport location and destination. For most European tour destinations, the low, shoulder and peak season are as per the following schedule:

Inclusions

In each tour outset you will be able to see the exact inclusions for your tour. All our tours include the necessary for a great tour to make sure you as a group leader do not need to stress around any extra arrangements. Inclusions that you will always have on all tours:

  • Private Group – only your group is on tour
  • Roundtrip Flights
  • Transfers and travel on tour for all included activities
  • 24/7 Tour manager from the moment you land at your destination
  • 4-Star Hotel with central location (occasionally 5-star at some locations)
  • Daily full warm breakfast at the hotel
  • Selected dinners, quality 3-course meals with beer or wine
  • Local guides for sightseeing
  • Entrances and excursion as per tour outset
  • Smart Phone App with tour information
 

Requirements

Our Adult Standard Tours requires a group size of enough paying travelers in order to run. There is a set ratio of paying travelers and free traveler, Group Leader. 

  • 26 paying travelers minimum per group
  • 1 Free place on tour for Group Leader in a room type of choice

If your group is not reaching the minimum required amount, we can either look at reducing number of free spots or alternatively postpone or cancel the tour. When the tour is cancelled by Lingo Tours Inc (due to too low number of participants) everyone enrolled is refunded in full, including enrolment fee.
